This station integrates JBC Most Efficient Soldering System to guarantee consistent results and efficient operation in demanding environments.
It is supplied with:
• ALEP250 Angled Automatic-Feed Soldering Iron. Its ergonomic grip-format provides a balanced, natural hand position during long shifts to reduce operator strain, while the trigger-actuated feed frees one hand for precise component positioning.
• GALE10V solder wire with Ø 1 mm diameter. ALE Control Unit is also compatible with solder wires from Ø 0.4 mm to Ø 1.8 mm, using the appropriate Solder Wire Guide Kit. It includes Solder Wire Perforation for diameters from Ø 0.8 mm and above, improving flux outgassing and reducing projections and Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
